Privacy Policy – Rizz Plug
Rizz Plug ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies and applicable laws.
1. Information We Collect
Photos & Chat Screenshots: Photos and conversation screenshots you provide are processed only in real-time to generate AI-based conversation suggestions, pickup lines, and rizz content. These are not stored on our servers or Firebase.
Text Input: Any text you type for conversation analysis is processed temporarily and immediately discarded after generating suggestions.
Push Notification Token: We store a device token in Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so that we can send you push notifications.
Device & Usage Data: Non-personal data such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs.
Third-Party AI Service: Google Gemini
Rizz Plug uses Google Gemini AI (provided by Google LLC) to process your photos and messages and generate responses. When you use AI features in the app, your content is sent to Google Gemini's API for processing.
What is sent: Photos you upload and chat screenshots you share within the app.
Who receives it: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
Data retention: Your data is not stored by Rizz Plug or used to train AI models. Google's data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
Uploaded photos, screenshots, and text are used temporarily to generate conversation suggestions, pickup lines, and personalized rizz content, then immediately discarded.
Push notification tokens are used solely to send you app-related notifications.
Device & usage data are used to improve app stability and performance.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is handled through Google Firebase infrastructure.
Uploaded content is never stored permanently.
Push tokens can be deleted upon user request.
4. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the photos, screenshots, and text you upload.
We disclaim liability for any issues, claims, or damages resulting from such user-provided content.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated conversation suggestions, pickup lines, and rizz content are for entertainment and assistance purposes only.
They do not reflect the views of Rizz Plug, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences in real-world interactions.
6. User Rights
You may request deletion of your push notification token at any time by contacting us at support@rizzplugai.com.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
